The customer service at the hotel was EXCELLENT. Joy was extremely helpful and provided written directions for us to find a few locations. She even provided great directions when i called before getting there on how to use public transportation. The location is in a perfect location to get all around Brooklyn and a hop and step over to Manhattan. Rooms were very efficient and modern. I will definitely stay there in the future and recommend to others.
