Outside in front of the hotel was full of trash. You'd think they would have someone cleaning it up. Multiple homeless people on the benches right in front. My TV did not work for 2 days. If you're reading this, dont make the same mistake I did!

I have stayed in this property numerous times, being both a past resident of the area and frequent traveler to the Bay Ridge area. Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite but Yikes. The tv in the bedroom had limited channels not like the one in the living area. The sofa had a large white stain on it. The furniture in the room was all pitted, probably not been cleaned in ages and really NEEDS replacement already. The bed was comfortable but there was a long black hair in the bed which makes me question did the maid loose that hair or did not change the sheets. Even the furniture in the lobby was beyond tired. Hey I visit this area frequently and hope the hotel views this as constructive criticism, because as I stated I frequent this area. But until the hotel invests in itself I just can't see myself staying here. The staff especially the man at the desk was extremely pleasant and a real gentleman. So no not all bad but tired and not clean
