The staff is amazing, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Guests at the hotel receive a 10% discount at nearby restaurants. It is very well situated in Brooklyn's trendy Williamsburg neighborhood, with many choices for dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Small and efficient, but good quality. I had the queen room - good for one person, but for a couple, you better be really in love. Toilet/shower combo may be weird if you haven't used one before, but I had prior experience on a live aboard dive boat. Great location.

Great location near paid parking garage. The room smelled a little funky and one of the towels was dirty. No bottles watered or snacks available but there's a coffee shop and they have a station to fill up a water bottle. For the price, it was decent. I'd stay again.

Great neighborhood. Room was very small, with toilet in the shower, but I guess that's how you keep prices reasonable in NYC. We didn't mind the size. Our AC wasn't working; front desk said they'd fix it, but they didn't. One Keurig coffeemaker for the entire hotel is ridiculous. One staffer told a guest, "hey, it's free coffee, so don't complain" - as we stood in line for a looooong time.

Although small, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice and the outside gardens and roof tops were really beautiful. The location is very convenient to parks, the waterfront and restaurants.

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic stay. We realized after 2 days that we could ask for ice and they'll bring it to the room. The room was fun like a train car or a room in Europe. It was a wonderful adventure. Everything is VERY clean which I appreciated.

Community areas were nice. Hotel was in a great location and the bed was comfortable. Didn't like that the hall (C) smelled like food from a lower restaurant, Coffee at 6:30 AM would have been more helpful.
