The room was very spacious and location was great! We were not given any wash rags upon arrival and had to ask. Both toilets were clogged, the hair dryer didn’t work and it could have been cleaner.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to the big things we wanted to do plus they offered a town car service that was cheaper than the Uber/Lift to LGA as well as easy to book. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. Our room had everything we needed and was clean. It was neat they offered free snacks and water in the room each day! Great price and great hotel! If you are looking for view, they may have rooms with that, but ours did not. Early check in doesn't seem to be a thing if it is something you need, we didn't get one and the reviews noted that it is not common for them to do which is okay, we made it work! They had a luggage drop area. It was self managed which was a little alarming at first but it seemed to be okay, no weird issues. Overall, we would surely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a great stay at the TRYP by Wyndham. Good location - walkable with easy access to subway stations. Typical size NYC hotel room - clean with comfy beds. No issues for us at all - would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, especially at the front desk. The gentleman who assisted us first was very helpful and referred us to Crystal, who was also great. FYI, they clean your room every day even if you don’t request it.

Lobby area and reception could be improved and kept cleaner. No control for luggage hold when arriving early. Bar guy was rude. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping person spent all day slamming the doors of the rooms being cleaned.

Very nice property - plenty of space in our room and it was close enough to walk to many things (Macy's Herald Square, Empire State Building, Times Square). And just half a block to the subway station for things we didn't want to walk to. My only concern was that it was unlocked all night and the front desk wasn't always manned, so it felt like anyone could walk in. But it's right next to the police station, so that made us feel better!

The rooms/hotel were clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for getting to our travel goals. Front area of building was covered with scaffolding and garbage along sidewalk. Very safe as we were next to the police.

The rooms were clean and staff courteous. The location was great. Everything on our list to do was 20 min away, whether by walking, subway, or uber. The hotel is closed to Penn station so it made it very easy to get to and from JFK. Will stay here again if we ever travel back to NYC.
