Vending machine didn’t work, but the staff said they couldn’t do anything.
Staff was foul mouthed when she didn’t know a guest had come off the elevator.
Gave them a bad review when they wrote to me and someone called. She didn’t call to fix my problem - but to tell me I was wrong. I’ve never seen such attitudes.
