Do NOT stay here unless you like sharing a room with roaches! During my stay I've killed about 12-15 roaches. Housekeeping does not use gloves when cleaning rooms and hands you dirty towels. I've spoken to the front desk several times with no resolution. The hallway smells like ass, weed and dirty carpet. I'm in the process of getting a refund for my stay. Please look for other places in the area.

Not enough food options, no vending machines in the hotel, nothing in the room to write on or with, no tv guide other than on the tv, no phone book. I understand most people uses their phone for everything, so what happens to a guest that is not comfortable looking for everything on a cell phone?

I loved the welcome sign for the Naval graduates! If they had smart tvs, it would be better. If they had an elevator, I would be better or at least someone to help with your bags. Housekeeping came in the room regardless of the “do not disturb” sign but after a polite conversation, it was solved. Overall good experience. AC works great in the room. Gets a little stuffy in the hallways though. The fan helped them a lot! I would stay again.

Staff is condescending. No room cleaning. No towels replenishment nor toiletries. Never had the experience of going to front desk asking for something every day.

This place doesn't deserve any stars!!! The towels were dirty with yellow stains on them. The sheets were stinky. Mildewy smell in the bathroom. I'm so happy that we always travel with our own towels and sheets. After reservations were made we were also charged an extra $50 for a deposit + 35 for an 11:00am check in=$85. If we had somewhere else to have stayed we would have left but we couldn't get a refund.

The the check-in process was smooth and fast. When we got into our room, I went to the restroom, and there were three roaches in the bathroom. The staff was quick to try to resolve the issue and gave us another room. The second room that we were put in the ceiling. I had cracks in it and looked very unsafe, the website said that they offered hot coffee in the lobby and there was Luke warm coffee. We tried parking into a handicapped spot and was asked to move our vehicle and was told by staff that they did not have handicapped parking but there was a sign on the side of the building offering handicap parking.

Place is not very nice. Little amenities, can hear people walking and talking in other rooms/hallway, bathroom not in great condition, bedframe noisy, needed towels and couldn't get service, had to search for them myself. Woudln't recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the Red roof Inn, the rooms were clean and smelled nice. The manager that took care of me during my stay was amazing, super kind and very helpful. Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay there again!

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was big, the beds were pretty uncomfortable though. Perfect for a quick stop for the night.

Property was dirty—the sink in my room had beard hair in it, a massive crack and slow drainage. The walls are paper-thin, so I could hear everything in the room next to me—the people weren’t being loud, either. The staff was nice, though.
