The staff was the best part. Also the restaurant/bar was amazing. The rooms are very nice and spacious for the cost! The fact that you have to pay for parking was the pit, as well as the dirty folded sheet left as clean on the pull out couch.

Comfortable large/full service hotel. Very spacious room. Most of it had been renovated but the toilets were old and very low. Ordering food for pick up was confusing, tagged it with the wrong time and I had no idea when it would be ready, nor do they notify you. Shuttle service is great.

The safe did not work, the phone did not work, the housekeeping staff was rude, parking up to $40/day. Booked a King through Hotels.com they put us in a room with 2 twin beds. I will not stay at this hotel again.

This place was perfect for catching a flight the next day. Harry Carray’s was next door and a few other places are walking distance. We wanted Italian so get an Uber. Staff was great and we had a 12 pm checkout! Awesome!
