I love this property! It's close to the highway so very convenient for travel throughout the city. The hotel is always beautifully kept, clean and comfortable! The rooms are will maintained with no issues. There were even several events happening at this facility during our stay and or didn't disrupt my family's vacation (besides an extended elevator wait, but that's to be expected). We have stayed here many times will continue to stay here everytime we come visit Chicago. The staff is always friendly and handles any questions or concerns we have.

We had a reservation for 4 persons but room was set up for 3 (dishes, silverware, towels). The good news is we only had 3 persons. The pullout couch was not made up for the 3rd person. The sheet on the Queen bed was too smaĺl and would not stay on the mattress. We requested trash be removed and bed remade with correct sheet. When we returned from our day out, there was a bundle of bedding on the table (apparently for us to make ourselves) and the trash was all still there. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, I was informed there is no housekeeping on the weekends except by special request. This is ok if I had been informed at checkin. So the second day I went to the front desk and requested the bed sheets be corrected, trash emptied and towels replaced - no other services needed - and we returned to a room with all issues addressed. Thank you, Andreas. Breakfast was good, laundry facilites were great.

The hotel is nice and the staff is great. Special shout out to Sarge the shuttle driver, he’s the best! The only issue is the noise, it’s next to the highway.

Elevator broke, staircase doesn't allow for lobby level access. Staff did come by to assist, but Google telephone number is disconnected so there was no way to contact front desk immediately. Working phone number would be nice.
