Superb, friendly staff at the front desk and in the breakfast dining room. The room was very clean and convenient. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Our trip was for family fun at Kings Island. The Hampton was only about 4 or 5 miles away.

Thank you for posting a review. I am sorry that there was an issue with payment. You had 2 reservations made through 2 different 3rd party companies. One of the reservations was made pre-paid and the other was made where you pay at the hotel, which is why we authorized your credit card. Once you arrived we worked with you to correct the issue and refund your money.
