There were bugs in our room staff was polite it says they have breakfast on the website but there is no breakfast that was the main reason we went to kings inn cuz they offered breakfast

Room was nasty, floors were disgusting hideaway bed was so nasty you couldnt even sit on it.. room would have been great if clean and no bugs had a little kitchen and a desk big room just dirty there were live roaches and bed bug stains and the remains showing signs of them prior to our stay how ever we didnt see any live ones just the remains showing they had been there first time ever seeing roaches in a hotel and hopefully the last..hotel needs a very good clean has potential to be great

Would not recommend. Stayed here for the convenience being closer to kings island, came later friday evening, went to the downstairs bathroom where some one literally pooped in the trash can, toilet was absolutely disgusting. We would have then tried to find another hotel- but there were none available in our price range in distance. Along with having tired children. Went to our room where we didn’t even have a thermostat on our wall, looked ripped off. Room was hot. They had large fans throughout the building as if the air didn’t work. Hair was clogged in the sink, water wouldn’t drain. We had to remove all blankets on beddings as they were stained and looked filthy. Tried asking for more towels and the front desk receptionist told us she was the house keeper also and we couldn’t get anymore towels right now and would be multiple hours before we could. The pull out bed was filled with crumbs it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, the metal springs were showing. Random stains throughout the entire room. On our check out we ended up finding MUTIPLE bed bugs. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in our experience.

Rooms were dirty with trash in room, no towels, dirty walls and lamp shades. Ceilings were discolored yellow spots. Pull out bed from couch was broken with springs missing. What looks to be food smeared on walls. No breakfast. Family bathroom had poop in trashcan. Would not recommend

Extremely filthy room. Stains on about anything that I could see. From floor, bed, bath, to furnitures. Room smelled like mold, mildew, and old clothes. Only 2 light sources in the room-- bathroom and one lamp on the desk. Both bed lights unusable. Filthy appliances. Even part of the wall was breaking apart, with evidence of last fix being clear tapes. Smelly and dirty towels. Hair from last guest all over bathroom floor. I have stayed in MUCH BETTER hotels in 3RD WORLD countries for LESS. It was so offensive and nasty I could barely sleep. The hotel should be reported and flagged by local health and safety inspectors; Im pretty sure multiple violations. Rude hotel staff. AND TO ADD INSULTS TO INJURIES, I WAS CHARGED A 75 DOLLAR DEPOSIT ON A 54 DOLLAR ONE-NIGHT STAY. Hotels.com. Why in the world would you list a place like this on your site? This was an extremely offensive, upsetting, and psychologically traumatizing experience, i don't even know where to start. Absolutely HORRID and INSULTING. I honestly and objectively believe i should be compensated for such a terrible experience here.

I liked its location. My room was clean. The bed was comfortable, but they have a desk in there. And no chair. And the bathroom door is really squeaky. It needs some oil on the hinges. And when you walk into the room, there's a lamp to your right that hangs over the couch.But it doesn't work

8th and last, sad tohave to change our yearly stay

Surfaces all had a film, greasy texture. Including bedding and floors. Bugs crawling, dead bugs on the floor. Had a strong smell-remnant of a bug bomb or spray, which could have been the filmy greasy stuff on everything. All towel racks, hangers were laying on the floor. Toilet was moldy. One towel in the room. Lobby/dining area was the cleanest of the whole building even though they don’t serve breakfast. We’ve stayed there about 8-10 times. 1st time with a bad experience.
