Our room was 106 and it was clean but I found the stone/pit from a peach laying right bedside the mini fridge and it was fresh. The air conditioning did not work properly in our room and there was a lot of humidity in the room. From the minute we walked in our room we found the carpet to be damp and it felt the same way next morning when we woke up and clothes were damp as well. Our reservation was for 3 people but there were only 2 towels in the bathroom..The phone in our room did not work so I had to go out of our room to ask the house keeper to please give me an extra towel and she said she didn’t have any and that I needed to go to the front desk to ask for one and when I did that, I had to wait until the clerk went to get one from the laundry room.. if the room has 2 queen beds and it is supposed to be for 4 people there should be 4 towels in the bathroom and I should not have to go hunting for a third towel. Oh, and the microwave in our room didn’t work either. We will not stay at this hotel again.

there was fighting going on at two am in the morning. people banging on doors. screaming and crying. the side doors lock didn’t work. the pool had a film of oil over top of it. too crowded on the weekends. not like pictures at all. i had to sleep without covers one night. stayed there for five days on the fourth day i left my card in the room and the reservation was for two adults but because i wasn’t the primary person they would not give me another key. i am 8 months pregnant and had to sit outside for two hours until the adult could leave work and come get a key to let me in. also they charged our card without authorization at the end for $300 extra dollars. hands down the worst experience!!!

Long check-in and cloudy pool.

Took 20 minutes to check me in. The host kept blaming Expedia for some reason. Went to use the pool and passed several rooms filled with Marijuana smoke. Finally got to a very cloudy and cold pool. There were garage doors open and it was freezing. Others were complaining as well. We didn’t swim.

This is a fairly industrial part of town. I didn’t feel safe as a solo woman traveling. It’s near a convention center. I would have thought it would be more updated.
