Upstairs had a bad odor. Room had an odor and there were small hairs all over the bathroom. The toilet looked like it had been used after cleaning. Gunk was behind the sink faucet.

property was dated. Room was very dated though it was clean. Breakfast was very minimal. Cold cereal, bagel you could toast and muffins in plastic. Luckily there was a Waffle House across the street. Also NO elevator to second floor. Staff was very nice though.

The staff here was great although I wished their breakfast options were better and wished they had flavored creamer. They are upgrading the property as you can see the new ac units by the ice machine. We were 1 mile away from Kings Island which is great. We would definitely stay here again!.

Overall I had a good experience. The only issue was the neighbors above stomping accross the floor all night. The building has thin floors. If i stay there again, I'll request the 2nd floor.

Two things maids should always do: turn the shower lever off , and turn the closed caption off on the TV. It's no fun getting doused with cold water at the start of a shower. Nothing I could do with the TV remote could get the closed caption off.

Clean place. Great staff.

Nice place for the night. It was clean and the staff was exceptionally good. We will stay here again. The breakfast was continental for sure. We ended going across the street to waffle house which was fine.
