The front desk was great, when we walked in room, lamp shade contention was broken, it was tilled against back board of bed frame, red tape was wrapped around, I believe trying to keep it straight, one of the pillowcases was ripped at seam. The television didn’t work, the front desk told us how to use buttons on television it self to reset. After reading next question, I should have taken pictures. The cleaning person should of just pulled the lamp, better not to have one on a nightstand than have that.

Nice staff
The breakfast bar each day was excellent with excellent staff that welcomed you each morning. The condition of the property was horrible. The furniture, the toilet, and the carpet was not maintained and damaged. The cleanliness of the hotel was good but they're upkeep was subpar.

Great people but lots of issues with hotel
Well the staff was nice. Breakfast was delish and manned very well. The room was ok. Floor was dirty. Room door was disgusting and needed a wipe down. The chair in the room was gross and we chose not to sit in it. The bed has a divit in it on the left side that I kept rolling into it so slept horrible. Shower pressure was bad and needs a new head. So glad we only had one night here. We did tell the front about the door and chair.
