Charming Waterfront House with Detached Cabin

This serene waterfront home sits on 1/3 acre of waterfront land at the end of Arcadia Park Road with a private 100ft dock. Positioned in the middle of Mullet Creek Bay, the calm water allows for all type of water sports (two complementary kayaks come with the home), walking distance to Grass Point State Park and walking distance (12-15 minute walk) to Foxy's restaurant. The open fully renovated kitchen, dining and living room layout is great for gathering amongst family and friends. There are two bedrooms and one beautiful full bathroom located on the first floor, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms located on the second floor. This property also has a detached log cabin that is equipped with a kitchenette, small living space, three beds ( two double bunk beds located in the middle room of the cabin and a queen bed located in the back room of the cabin) and a full bathroom.

Watersport's - This home features a 100 foot dock which allows short term storage for personal / rented boats and / or jet skis. There is a boat launch on the western side of Mullet Creek Bay which sits next to Chalks Marina and a gas station. Two kayaks are on-site for responsible complementary use.

Location - This home is located 6 miles to downtown Clayton, 7 miles to downtown Alexandria Bay, and 2.8 miles to the grocery store.

Family River time

I have stayed in many places on the St. Lawrence river and there’s not too many that have impressed me this much!! The charm comes not only from the location at Fisher‘s Landing, but the decor inside that is so comfortable and so nostalgic, in keeping with the Rivers history! The detached cabin was a bonus to have for our extended family and friends. We enjoyed so much of this property and especially loved the close proximity to Clayton and Alexandria Bay. The dock space was more than adequate and the views impeccable. Looking forward to more memories here!! Thank you, Shane!!

Great location

Loved our stay at this lovely home- so convenient and quiet! It had a fabulous dock for our 26 foot boat as well as our friends 21 foot boat. The accommodation was comfortable and well appointed. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Plenty of parking was available and it’s great that it is so close to Gal’s and Foxy’s Restaurant.

Views for miles!!

Very nice property and well appointed. Description didn't mention that a barbeque was available so that was welcoming to see. Very well located to small towns in area and the border crossing. Only regret was not bringing my boat with me! I will the next time. If you have a large group, this house will help make vacation memories!

Beautiful house with fantastic views in a great central location

The house was wonderfully decorated and well equipped. The beds were all very comfortable and the bedrooms were all unique and tastefully decorated. We spent most of our evenings enjoying full sunsets from the deck or firepit area after days spent on the water. The Weber grill was a big bonus as most rental places we use typically equip with cheap grills so the Weber was great to grill on nightly. We had little ones with us and there is a short trail to the state park with a great play ground and big sandy beach. Nice central location, Alexandria Bay and Clayton are just a short boat ride or car ride from the house and also walking distance to the ice cream shop. A+ all around.

Beautiful property and location

Really better than expected, beautiful lot and furnishings. Very clean inside and out. Dock was awesome for our boat, be aware however there is no power on the dock. Bring 75’ extension and you’re good. Great location between Clayton and Alex Bay, quiet cove with calm waters. Property manager very helpful and accommodating, we’d be very happy to stay there again.
