Sleeping arrangements

This home offers 4 bedrooms and 5 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Rooms are outfitted with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades, so you can rest easy after a full day of waterfront fun. A pack 'n play, children's books and toys, a high chair, and children's dinnerware make this an easy fit for families traveling with little ones.

Kitchen & dining

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for the group, from cooking basics and dishes and silverware to a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Round out your morning with the coffee maker, hot water kettle, or toaster, then gather at the dining area to enjoy your meal together.

Bathroom

Both bathrooms are stocked with the essentials, including a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and hot water, so you can rinse off easily after a swim or a day on the water.

Outdoor space

The real showstopper here is the outdoor setup. Spend your afternoon by the pool, fire up the BBQ grill, or head straight to the private fishing dock to cast a line or catch a glimpse of a rocket launch. Kayaks and paddle boards are on hand for exploring the surrounding waterways, and beach essentials are provided for easy trips to the sand. If you're bringing your own boat, take advantage of direct water access for a sunset cruise, a day of tubing, or water skiing right from the backyard.
