This is a fantastic place to stay in Cocoa Beach. They have all the amenities for the beach, gaming, all around good time. We really enjoyed our time here and loved the arcade game. This is a perfect place for kids. The host was very gracious and helpful with anything we needed. Definitely will rent this place again.

Stayed for a spring break trip with the family. The house was just what we needed. We especially enjoyed the back porch. It was nice that the beach was so close but heads up that it’s a busy road to cross to get there. Not too difficult but could be more challenging with little kids vs. teenagers.

Check in was simple amd communication with property owner was great. Everything was in working order and had lots of extras for the beach. Easy walk across the not so busy street to beach. Our family really enjoyed our stay!! Beautiful home!

Both the property and owner were wonderful. The house has something for all ages to do and has everything you need. Easy access to both the beach and the river. With it being centrally located it was easy to get to all the attractions and restaurants with ease. We had a great time and most definitely would stay there again.
