This had everything for our young family!

Clean, spacious and close walk to the beach, location was everything we hoped for and more. We could even see our kids playing in the pool still if we needed to step into the condo for something. It’s Close to many stores and restaurants (we had a car). This place had beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella. It was the perfect choice, I’d for sure stay again!

Great Location!

The condo is perfect for a beach vacation. First floor makes access to the beach and the pool area effortless. The beach was never crowded and we enjoyed watching the dolphins and the surfers. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook meals. Easy walk to many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. This is our second time staying in this condo and will stay again in the future. We recommend this beautiful property to anyone looking to stay in the Cocoa Beach area. It is clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable and a wonderful location in the complex being on the ground floor, across from pool and just a few steps to beach walk-way!

The place is just as pictured. The location is very convenient and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Being on the ground floor and a corner unit was very nice. There was a small hiccup with check in but it wasn’t the host’s fault. We are looking forward to staying again

Amazing place on a beautiful beach!

This place is fantastic! I would book again in a heartbeat. Excellent location, easy walk to the beach in minutes, pool right outside your door. Brand new everything. Comfy beds. If I could give it more than five stars I would. As someone else already said, don't even think about it, just book it. You won't be sorry. And Whisk and Grind, next store is great for breakfast and lunch, best coffee in town!

Nice Condo

We came in for our daughter’s softball tournament and some beach time. Unit is updated, clean, and very comfortable. Very easy access to the pool and the beach. Being on the first floor was great! Beach wasn’t crowded at all despite being peak season, and we got a special treat with easy viewing of a SpaceX launch. Would stay here again.

Don’t Think Twice - DO IT!!!

My friend and I came to Cocoa Beach to celebrate my birthday. We looked at many available options and stumbled upon Ronda’s place, and boy, are we glad we did! The condo has EVERYTHING! It is beautiful, incredibly clean, and has a private beach where you can easily have your own space. Did I saw the beach is right there? It's right there! Too bad Ronda couldn’t make the sand cold, we learned it was insanely hot the hard way. It's a 15 minute walk to downtown Cocoa Beach which makes it easy to be in the middle of things and then head back to your quiet oasis. There are parking passes so there is no issue if you have two cars. It was easy and breezy (just like the beach). Do yourself a favor and book here. Thanks, Ronda!

Perfect condo on the beach!

We had a different condo booked and the night before we arrived they cancelled, and we were so happy they did! This condo was PERFECT! I booked it the night before and everything worked out for the absolute best. Don’t even give a second look, book this condo! Clean, fresh, updated, comfortable, and an awesome location! Delightful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at this delightful property. The decor was bright and new, and the beds were comfortable. The patio is just a few steps from the walkway to the lovely beach. Rotation is ideal for anything you would want to do in the Cocoa Beach area. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect condo, beautifully updated and well furnished. Appreciated the beach chairs and other little touches. Was perfect for a girls weekend away but would also work perfectly for a family of four. You won't be disappointed with this one!

Beautiful Condo!

Absolutely beautiful condo! We enjoyed our stay (within the 1st day decided to add on an extra day) The mattress was too firm for our liking but that’s just a personal preference. Black wash cloths/facial cloths for make up removal would be a nice addition. I travel with disposable make up removal cloths but not everyone does. It was so nice to be steps from the beach, which we also watched the rocket launch from. I would highly recommend Ronda’s condo!
