We have stayed in this same building before, but in different units. The stay was basically fine, but the unit clearly has not had any reinvestment for some time. There was one roach (not a Palmetto bug) in the bathroom, and the refrigerator has neither an ice maker nor a water dispenser. Additionally, a giant black industrial fan is tacked to the wall in one of the bedrooms, like an afterthought, and it only functions when the light is on. The extra blankets would have been great, had they been washed. This was not our best Virbo experience, and we are pretty regular users.People who rent their condos need to keep them clean and up-to-date. We had fun in the water, though, and at the Wizard of Oz Museum, and fishing, and the rocket launches up the coast are always a marvel of technology.. We love visiting Cocoa and Cocoa Beach for their quaint, throwback vibes, and we will always come back, but not to a unit stuck in 1963. Fun for the town, but not for the condo. Oh, Cocoa Beach Bait Shop is excellent, with very knowledgeable workers. So there you have it. We will shop a bit more next time.
