We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was well maintained and had everything you needed for a beach visit (towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards, etc.). We loved the location a little south of the busier areas and just a quick walk across the street to the beach. I also enjoyed morning runs along the sidewalks which run north and south in front of the property. The home was also close to Kennedy Space center which was a very nice experience as well. Hope to visit agai. Some time in the future!

This was an awesome property. Right across from the beach. Quiet neighborhood but extremely close to down town. Since it is a corner lot, the access to the road (no matter which way you were going) was easy. Good parking spot. House was extremely clean with all the kitchen essentials. The back patio was so so cute with plenty of seating, games, and string lights for night time fun. They had chairs, boogie boards, toys and towels for the beach. They even had a beach cart to transport all the beach stuff with. Just an overall good experience. Would definitely recommend this property.

The house was clean! It came with tons of beach amenities. I have 3 daughters who absolutely loved it! The beach was nice and not crowded. My wife cooked breakfast each morning and we had plenty of dishes to do so. Outside patio was great! Food around the area was fantastic! We loved the stay and highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and beds for everyone. I loved the fact there were toys available, games and a pack and play. My almost 2 year old was able to run around and play inside and outside. He loved the wood blocks. The backyard was a perfect oasis to sit and relax. It was super convenient walking distance to the beach. I will definitely atay here again.

Short stay with my adult children - 12th St area is our favorite spot in CB. Amazing location and very nice accommodations. Wide, sandy, quiet, locals beach across the street. The host has thoughtfully appointed this home. It’s comfortable and spacious. Well stocked kitchen, big screen TV in the open living room, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water, and super cute outdoor patio were highlights. Love this vacation home!
