Summary:
Welcome to Cocoa Beach! Our cute, functional apartment is the perfect homebase for surfers, couples, solo travelers, and anyone else who wants to explore this one-of-a-kind coastal town. The beach is just a 1-block stroll away, so you can easily go back and forth for snacks, bathroom breaks, and/or refreshing blasts of A/C.
Other perks include a surfboard and beach goodies, WiFi, parking, laundry, and a covered patio. Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, the Pier and several restaurants are less than a mile away!

The Space:
This apartment and complex are owned by Cocoa Beach locals, and have been passed down within the same family for three generations. We hope to have you as one of the many happy guests who have visited us here over the years.

Inside this apartment, you’ll find all the comforts of home: a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfy living area with a sectional sofa that’s perfect for naps and snuggling up for movies on rainy days.

Wake up in your nautical-inspired bedroom and head to the beach for a sunrise stroll or to catch the day’s first waves. Then dig into breakfast out on the patio, or at the two-person table in the kitchen. After a full day of exploring Cocoa Beach (ask us for local tips!), grab takeout from a nearby restaurant or whip something up in the kitchen. The patio is accessed from both the living area and the bedroom, so you can end the day with a nightcap or cup of tea in the sea breeze.

The Neighborhood:
Cocoa Beach is a friendly beach town on the Florida Coast with the perfect balance of locals and visitors. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of space for on site parking at the unit. Many places are within walking distance locally. (beach, shops, restaurant/bars, ect.) Very close to A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 50 min away)

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
