Direct Oceanfront 3-bedroom Condo in Cocoa Beach

Welcome to one of the best private access beaches on Cocoa Beach. This condo offers 3 bedrooms and two full baths with all the amenities needed to have an incredible vacation. This condo is on the first floor so there is no elevator or stairs to climb. Pool is right around the corner and beach is right over the dunes bridge just out the patio door. Just bring your swim suits, sunblock, and flip flops.....

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* No smoking inside the unit.
* No pets.
* Must be 25 years or older.

Please understand that our vacation home is "self-catering" accommodations. We provide linens, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, and bath/ kitchen towels. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We also provide cleaning items such as a mop, broom, dustpan, and vacuum. We leave consumable items and groceries up to the guests.

We DO provide starter pack of laundry pods, dishwasher pods, hand soap, as well as a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and a starter trash bag in each can.

Many beach items are sometimes found in our unit, which were left by previous guests. So check out what is there before purchasing items. We DO NOT supply these items. However, sometimes you will find small quantities of these items left from previous guests.

Supplies You are Responsible for:

Groceries and consumables. Additional Toilet paper, Paper towels, Hand soap, Garbage bags, Sponges/scrubbers, Dishwasher tabs, and Liquid dish soap, etc. There are supermarkets and grocery stores close to the area for any other supplies your family may need.

What a beautiful condo on the ocean! It was really nice to have a lot of beach supplies: cooler, kid's toys, chairs, etc. Also, being only a couple of doors down from the pool was a plus. I'm sure we'll be back!

This place was great! Beach is really close. It makes it easy to walk back and forth if we needed anything. The area is quiet but not to far from anything we needed. We even took an easy walk down the beach to some local favorite restaurants. The owners let you use their beach towels, chairs, umbrellas which was great since we flew here. Most other places we would stay and have to rent those items. Would highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay with my husband, daughter & 2 grandsons. There are 3 bedrooms… one king for us, one queen for the daughter and 2 twins for the boys. Good size, nicely appointed living area, nice kitchen with everything we needed, the washer/dryer was a huge plus. Both bathrooms were very nice and clean. Love having the outdoor table & chairs. There was bunch of beach chairs and other things to borrow. And it’s all just steps to the ocean!! Beach is private so very low key. Nice outside shower to rinse off all the sand. The outside pool was very warm and nice although the boys preferred the ocean. The only thing we had an issue with was the slider to go outside. It was hard to open on the inside and on the outside, it had no handle so good luck trying to get back in that way. All in all, just a fantastic stay. We had a great time and so easy to check in and out.
