Discover this superb 1-bedroom gem on our Winslow property in Cocoa Beach. This fabulous apartment is The Flamingo Unit, accommodating 2 guests, features 1 queen bed and 1 bath. The unique Flamingo themed decor and indoor/outdoor kitchen give guests a charming tropical place to unwind after a day at the beach. (Which is just a short walk away- you are 1 block from the water) The bathroom is equipped with a shower, soaps, towels, and hair dryer for added convenience. The backyard is a shared space that boast conversational seat settings, dinette settings, a fire pit, tiki bar and grill. We are aprox 3 miles from Port Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center and golfers have their choice of beautiful golf courses nearby. We hope you'll enjoy your stay!

Perfect space for a romantic get away or for a mom and two kids like me! If your planning to go to Disney while staying the drive was quick and essentially a straight shot. I loved how quick and easy it was to get to beach access and not having to worry about packing beach towells, chairs, and a wagon to get it all to the beach was definitly a perk i took advantage of! The price point was a great bonus too! Would definitly stay again!

Very cool place, well decorated, comfortable bed, great outdoor area - a hidden oasis! The other3 units were vacant during our pre-cruise one night stay so we had the common area to ourselves, might have been a little more fun to socialize with others in the evening out back but clearly not under control by the host. Shana was easy to deal with, we had an early flight Orlando and she graciously allowed us to access the unit in the morning. Cocoa Beach is really nice, the Pier was an easy walk. We had drinks and lunch at the Tiki bar at the end of the Pier, highly recommended, both the Flamingo and the lunch spot!!

We had such a great stay! Shana was incredibly responsive the entire time and went above and beyond with helpful recommendations, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The Flamingo Room was absolutely adorable so well decorated and cozy, it really added to the whole experience. The property itself felt like a little oasis peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax. You can tell a lot of care went into everything. We will definitely stay here again!

The host was very nice and accommodating. I could not get prior messages to load to see the checkout instructions that she sent the day ireserved the place so she gave them to me over the phone. We had two adults and a child. The place was a little small for what we needed, but it was OK for a night. This would be the perfect location for a single traveler or a couple. Not far from the beach, the beach access is down the street and around the corner, but not a far walk at all. there was a trundle bed in the bedroom. We had to completely move the bed and a dresser to get the trundle bed out for my child to sleep on. There was some pieces of food left in the sink and there were some ants in the sink because of it. the kitchen was a screened in porch so if it rained could be an issue, but overall was not a bad place to stay.

Communication with Shana was great. Stayed a couple nights before leaving for a cruise, perfect location close to port, very short walk to the beach. Unit was very clean with a nice patio to hangout on outside. If you rent a car from Avis at MCO, the return center with free port shuttle is only three minutes from the rental.
