Notre location a trĂšs bien Ă©tĂ© et la communication avec le gestionnaire a Ă©tĂ© excellente considĂ©rant que l’ouragan Nicole a eu lieu durant notre sĂ©jour (nous avons couchĂ© Ă  Orlando durant l'ouragan). L’emplacement est en bordure de l’ocĂ©an et immense piscine. Le condo est trĂšs bien tenu. Nous voulons y revenir !

We enjoyed staying at your condo. It was a perfect size for us and a plus that you had a pack and play for our 16 month old granddaughter. The grounds are very well maintained, as well as the condo. They had beach chairs and a umbrella for us as well as beach towels. Easy access to the beach. What stood out was the fact that the owners had laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, all the staples that I didn't need to buy. It was wonderful having a washer /dryer in the condo.The owners were very quick with responding to my texts and guiding me with information . Thank you again For allowing us to rent your unit and letting us continue to make special memories with our family.

My family of 4 had the perfect relaxing beach vacation! The condo was exactly what was expected. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed in the kitchen for simple breakfast and lunches. There is a grocery store just blocks away. The two body boards in the closet was all my teens needed for two days of beach fun. The beach is very easy access, very clean, and not busy. We forgot to print our parking pass and had to go to the library. They were very helpful! But then noticed there are extra parking passes next to the drop box. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was very clean with easy check-in. The beach was large and low crowds. Cocoa Beach the town could clean the beach a little. A lot of old sea weed all the way down the beach. But the location is great and the pool clean. I would return.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect beach getaway with my cousin and our moms. The condo was right on the beach, easy access, pool, and pier and restaurants in walking distance. Check in was so simple and Zareh was so helpful with sending information. Came with 4 comfortable beach chairs, beach towels, and kitchen appliance for easy at home meals. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway Spot

Perfect quiet getaway, expectations were met and the description is spot on. Close to many restaurants. If you never want to drive anywhere, you wouldn’t have to. We also had the privilege of seeing a night shuttle launch. Highly recommend!

Updated condo on the beach

Nicely updated interior with everything you would want for a beach stay. Really liked that they had pool / beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Clean. Good location with private beach entrance. 4 stars only because the walls were very thin and we heard our neighbors and upstairs residents. Zareh was very responsive when I asked if they could ask the neighbors to quiet down - which they did.

Very nice place

The unit is very nice with everything you need. Very quite complex. Nice pool area. I like that you need a code to get on and off the beach. No local traffic walking through. Some small issues. Master bedroom TV didn’t turn on and when you run the microwave with the toaster or coffee maker the fuse blows. Overall we would come back.

Very Relaxing

Loved stayed in this property. A really good size and allocated parking directly outside. Everything you need is provided from dishes, silver ware, dishwasher and washer and dryer and has access onto a good sized balcony from the lounge area and the mater bedroom. A very nice heated swimming pool that was never crowded. The apartment block is surrounded by very well kept gardens and has its own access direct onto the beach. Apartment in an area that we know very well, close to everything. We certainly hope to stay there again. Finally, must add that Zareh was so pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Condo

This condo was perfect. Exceptional location next to the peer and right on the beach. Short drive to cape Canaveral and within an hour of Disney and Universal. Condo was clean and had everything you need to stay comfortable and everything worked. Has everything you need for a fun beach day (which saved us a lot of money as far as towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella.) Check in and check out were easy. Host was kind and easy to communicate with and even informed us of rocket launch times the week we were there. Wouldn’t have seen them if he hadn’t of mentioned it. The place is not crowded or overrun with kids. Huge balcony. Only thing that I was slightly disappointed about was that the ocean view was minimal due to trees, but you could still see some of it. Would definitely stay here again.
