Guest House 1Bedroom Sleeps 4

The Guest House is a newly renovated building that was once an art studio. It has one bedroom with twin beds and a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room. All of the appliances are new including a French door refrigerator with ice-maker. It has a separate utility room with washer, dryer and storage. The living room has an electric fireplace. There is a new central air conditioner. Linens, towels, beach towels, dishes, pots and pans and small appliances are provided. The private outside yard has a patio and barbeque grill. There is a separate building that has beach chairs, bikes, a cooler and a wagon to pull to the beach. It is less than a block to the beach and there is a free parking lot at the end of the street should you choose to drive.

Je donne une notre globale de 4 étoiles. Les lieux sont propre, fonctionnel et bien situé. C'est tranquille dans le quartier. On est à quelques pas de la mer. Je recommande l'endroit. Il y a seulement 2 points négatif. Les photos extérieur de la maison et le terrain ne sont pas à jour. L'immeuble et le terrain manque d'amours et un meilleur entretien et peinture extérieur serait bien. L'autre point, il n'y a pas de lit double. C'est deux lits jumeaux.

What a great place to stay. Everything you could need was provided. It was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, a co-op and even a mini-putt. The twin beds were very comfortable; the shower had great pressure. There was a little outside sitting area with a grill and its own storage building. We loved it.

I love this little guest house! Clean, well appointed kitchen, fast wifi, big tv, plenty of space. Its behind the main house, so its a private little area away from the street.Great location, too. Close to plenty of restaurants, short walk to the beach, and the grocery store is close by as well.Sandy is a great host. I haven't had any issues here, but she has been quick to respond to my questions.

Cute hideaway

We stayed in the smaller unit behind the main house. It has everything you would need for your stay including a grill outside. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach and highway. Perfect for watching the rockets take off. I wish it was a queen bed instead of two twins but that’s just personal preference. My wife probably enjoyed having her own space. Great price for the location.

Just Right

The cute, cozy cottage is located behind the main house. It’s quiet and private. We could walk to the beach. And took walks through the neighbourhood n the evening. It’s close enough to drive to the Orlando Wetlands and Merrit Island Wildlife Refuge.

Bright and Cheery

This place was bright and cheery. Though small, it seemed roomy and was very comfortable for the two of us. It was a short, three minute walk to a beach access and was just off N. Atlantic Ave., or A1A, so it was easy to get to places. The locarion behind the other place on the property gave it a real sense of privacy. We’re definitely coming back.

Loved being within walking distance to the beach, less than 5 mins! We were able to watch 4 launches too, just walk down to the beach. Our rental was very clean and well equipped, we enjoyed the patio and outdoor patio. A big thank you to our hosts!!!

Beautiful small gardenhouse. Located really close to the beautiful beach and supermarkets. Nice garden with a gasgrill for barbecue, perfect stuffed kitchen. Just beautiful!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our visit to the guest house and Sandy was easy to work with during our stay. The house offered lots of extra kitchen and grilling supplies. We enjoyed daily walks thru super nice neighborhoods and stopping at the beach, just a block to the ocean. Lots to see including Spacex launches.
