The property hosts were excellent to work with. The amenities are updated and clean and the location is great with beautiful sunset views and an upper deck to see the space shot from. We will definitely return!

Absolutely a treat to walk in the door and see the level of cleanliness and the newly updated room, not to mention personalized email regarding check in ... Location, view, amenities all top drawer ... Enjoy your stay with a sunset view on the roof top deck that is also wheel chair accessible

The property and room are beautiful and clean. Our air conditioner (which was located above our bed) was malfunctioning making a very loud humming noise every 2-3 minutes. We notified the owner and he said he was aware of the problem but hadn’t gotten anyone to fix it yet. We let him know that we couldn’t sleep and he didn’t even offer an apology. Why rent the room when you know there is a major issue with it? We won’t ever stay here again. We barely slept.

Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay. We here at Lost Inn Paradise try to provide the best accommodations and service we can to all our guests. We are very sorry that you found the room uncomfortable, but we did not rent the room with a malfunctioning AC unit. As I told you both the night of the stay as well as the next morning in the office, it was the condensation pump removing the water from the unit and was working as it was supposed to, but was a bad design by the AC Manufacturer and that we were looking for a better solution. And although you do not believe I did, I did then when we spoke, and do again now, apologies for the inconvenience.

This place is a gem! Great beach access and private dock for fishing. Rooms are super cute and clean. The only issue is the ac unit in the room has a small compressor that runs every 2 min or so for about 20 seconds so it can pull the water out of the unit. You don’t notice it until time to sleep and it is truly disruptive especially with having an infant and being a light sleeper. We did run dreamstorm on iTunes the second night to drown it out and it worked. Now that we know to bring a sound machine with us we will still come back, but recommend on future Reno to address this issue for guests.

The room was spacious, updated and clean! Comfy beds, plush linens and the full sized refrigerator was a bonus. Property was quaint and relaxed. We were only there for one night and didn’t use the pool or kayaks but those were nice amenities. Our room was right next to A1A but it was surprisingly quiet! Can’t say enough nice things about the owners! They were lovely people, genuine to talk to and accommodating. If we make it back to Cocoa Beach we will definitely be staying here!
