Check-in took very long (30 mins plus). Had to wait while Christie gossiped with a friend. She could not multitask. I am disabled but she said she could not give me a ground floor room. The motel was far from being full. The motel itself is filthy, the whole place needs to be pressure washed and painted. I wandered into a maintenance room looking for ice. It was filthy as well. Really disgusting. The comforters in my room were stained and filthy along with the floor and baseboards. Flies in the room as well. Pillows were dollar store quality and the towels were thin and scratchy. A real dump, with ownership obviously not intrested in cleanliness, the facility or amenities. Stay away, especially if your traveling with children....

The property is dilapidated. The bedding was stained and had cigarette burn holes. The air conditioner was leaking water all over the floor. The room smelled like dog. It was gross. We checked out immediately after checking in and requested a refund.

Cesar was excellent checking me in and very kind. However the room was disgustingly filthy in every understanding. Peeling paint, stained walls including bathtub, etc. The Bed Spreads were so stained I had to remove. Then - I watched at least 12 drug transactions. All of my neighbors were either on heroine or crack, etc. this was really unacceptable. Do not bring a family here to save money. This is why they are the least expensive.

I wouldn’t even recommend this place to board a dog. It’s a long term rental hotel which is not advertised. At 10:30 at night there were firecrackers and kids screaming outside. The vent in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting! The smoke alarm was falling off the ceiling l, the curtains had something wiped on them and the floors were filthy enough to turn the bottom of our feet black. The room did not look like the photos advertised on the website. When we first got there there were 3 police out front which should have told me to run then. There is no mini fridge, shampoo & conditioner or even a phone in the room and good luck getting anyone to answer the phone at the front desk! I called annd Expedia representatives called after we checked in and the next day and nobody would answer even though when I went to the front desk the person was sitting there. We checked in and a hour later we checked back out! Steer clear! It’s close to the beach but not worth the money. Go down the road a mile to the days inn and you will thank yourself later.

There were bugs in the room. I am pretty sure they were bed bugs. There were stains on the beds. The door of the bathroom had a hole in it, like someone punched it in. We did not end up staying because of the condition of the room.
