The cable was out during the time of my stay so we were unable to watch tv. The door to the room also had a hard time closing correctly because the latch kept getting stuck in one position. The bathroom smelled like strong mold enough where we had to buy a candle to keep the smell down. There was little black pieces in our bedding that look like strawberry seeds and there was smooshed berries under our beds stuck into the floor. We’ve stayed here before a couple of years ago before the “remodel” and didn’t have as many problems. It seems like things are actually worse after their “remodel” when we went to the office to complain about the tv they said there was nothing they could do and the cable company has been working on it. If that was the case why not tell the guests before checking in that the rooms did not have cable at the time?? I’m not much of a complainer when it comes to motel 6 because let’s face it motel 6 is not for people looking to have a 5 star experience but at least try to aim for 3 stars. For $115 a night they should do a better job!
