Perfect Family Beach House - 1 Block from Ocean

Conveniently located only blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach and the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, 40 minutes from Orlando and all of the Disney attractions and 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, this adorable beach house is the perfect place to relax after a day of fun in the sun. This property has recently been professionally remodeled and decorated with beautiful tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc.

This home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath with extra large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds for the kids. Linens are provided. Just bring your own beach towels.

The sectional sofa in the living room provides plenty of seating as well as cable TV with surround sound speakers and a CD/DVD player. There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen complete with coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, etc.

The back yard features a private pool, dining area and gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off the sand from the beach only a block away. This property also has a washer/dryer and a garage for storing all of your beach gear. Beach wagon with 4 beach chairs, beach toys, and portable radio is available for your use.

This was the perfect house for my family of four. The weather wasn't in our favor for very long during this trip, with very high winds and lots of rain. We felt safe in the house and had plenty of puzzles, TV games, and reading material to get us through our stay. Location was phenomenal- minutes from restaurants, downtown CB, and one block from the beach. Home was clean and very well-appointed. The host Sam was awesome. Any questions I had. He immediately contacted me back, but the state was so peaceful and the backyard was very private. The pool was huge. All the staples were in the kitchen walking distance to the beach in between 7 AM and 10 AM it’s a dog beach, which we loved. Definitely recommend. Can’t wait to go back.
