Brand NEW Listing! Beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom decorated in bright beachy colors! This unit features a fully furnished kitchen for preparing meals in. The living room offers an Oceanview with a sofa sleeper and flat screen TV.

Enjoy spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV and ocean view! The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed with a flat screen TV.

After a day on the beach enjoy your favorite beverage on the balcony with ocean views.

Nice Family vacaton

Thia was a noce location for our family to gather. We had a family pool to go to, so we didnt use the pool. Great views of rocket launches from the beach. Unit faces south, so you cant see launches ftom the balcony.

Cocoa Beach with a Minty feel

Did not know the area at all so was nervous booking, WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE! Cute unit with lots of room for myself and husband and BIL AND SIL! Very clean and organized! Well stocked kitchen made cooking and ease! Quite complex and located within minutes of anything. Nice walk on beach.The balcony was larger than expected and nice view although not direct oceanfront.
