The downstairs Sunset Suite primary bedroom has panoramic views of the canal and a king size bed. Upstairs there is a cozy living space with a smart TV, two bedrooms, and another bathroom. Step out onto the upstairs balcony and take in the panoramic views, a perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of your favorite beverage in the evening. If you're in the mood for some adventure, you can take the two tandem top loading kayaks that are available out to explore the canal and Banana River. You may get a visit from the resident manatees and dolphins. With its central location just a few blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, you'll have easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The house is well stocked and our goal is for guests to only need to pack their clothes and personal items to come and enjoy their stay. Everything about this house has been beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed to maximize the views. The first floor of the home and even the brand new salt water pool is ADA accessible and heated from November through April. While everything has been updated inside and out, this amazing home still maintains it's original mid-century modern character with beautiful terrazzo floors and a Space Race Era photo gallery in the upstairs living room. Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.
