The staff were so friendly and helpful -- everyone from security to front desk to housekeeping. The location and on site amenities were great! We really enjoyed the pool area and organized activities. We will be back.

The facility was nice, clean but not very friendly. The front desk staff was a little rude and there are absolutely no perks. This is a time share facility and not very “by the week “ friendly.

The resort is five star perfect. It is our favorite place to stay. The staff is outstanding and there are lots of activities to keep everyone happy and busy. The Cocoa Beach area is a great place to spend time in the sun at any time of the year!

Staff is fantastic - as are the accommodations. However we paid for and booked an ocean view room, at additional cost and adjusted our travel dates to reserve it. Upon arrival we were given a room on the second floor which was completely blocked by the vegetation. When we complained we were told that back of the house is ocean view - whether it is or not. Other than that - which was a big disappointment - we had a great time
