Bedrooms one and two feature a king bed, while bedroom three has a queen and bunkbed. The spacious living room also comes equipped with a brand new Sectional with a sofa sleeper for extra room. Located on a beautiful canal with a large private dock. Enjoy the day on the water with the kayaks or take a ride to the beach on the bicycles (2 provided). Everyone will love the air conditioned garage that has been turned into a game room with Ping-Pong table, Foosball table and Basketball game. Not to mention the flat screen TV, refrigerator and microwave! Enjoy your favorite beverage on the screened patio while watching the Dolphin and Manatee play. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and world famous Ron Jon's SURF Shop! This private home has something for everyone to enjoy!!

This was the perfect place for our active family ranging from ge 13 to 65. Biking, swimming in the ocean and kayaking was amazing and everything was walking distance or in our own back yard. It was perfect for our needs.

Delightful midcentury house and decor all in lovely codidtion and on the intercoastal. Lots of recreational items available Not far from Kennedy Soace Center which is very much about the 60s. Host had a very helpful binder with restaurant and recreation siggestions . Excellent Florida experience. Host was friendly and responsive

We stayed for 2 days before our cruise. Communication was amazing. Property was clean and as described. Easy to get to many locations in and around cocoa beach. And manatee's swimming at your dock is breathtaking! Highly recommended

Charming house off the canal
Great house next to a cute back yard connal. Cloes to restaurants and other things to do at coco beach. Only sad part was one of the beds is made of old tube still. Just sitting on the bed made a lot of noise

Great set up
We were pleased staying here for a few days before our cruise. The set up was perfect for a set of grandparents, parents, and 3 children. The kids loved kayaking and fishing off the back dock, and playing the games in the garage. Neighborhood was close to everything, and easy to navigate. Definitely recommend!
