The Space:

Just steps from the sand in the heart of Cocoa Beach, this design-forward studio puts you within walking distance of everything that makes this stretch of coast special. Spend your mornings chasing surf breaks, your afternoons by the pool, and your evenings wandering to nearby restaurants and beach bars. The Juni's Playalinda unit is a compact, comfortable home base built for making the most of a beach getaway.

Living space

The studio layout is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with a thoughtfully designed kitchenette tucked into the open floor plan. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable no matter the season, and room-darkening shades help you sleep in after a late night by the water. A dedicated workspace is available if you need to check in on work between beach sessions, and the whole unit sits on a single level with no stairs to navigate.

Sleeping arrangements

Two queen beds sleep up to 4 guests, with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets provided. A pack 'n play and high chair are on hand for guests traveling with little ones, and clothing storage plus hangers help you settle in for longer stays.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchenette gives you space to prepare your own meals, stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, toaster, and coffee to start your mornings right.

Bathroom

The single bathroom comes with hot water, a hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products, so you can travel light.

Outdoor & shared amenities

Step outside to a backyard and BBQ grill, perfect for an evening cookout, or head to the shared pool and patio area to soak up the Florida sun. Beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, making it easy to head straight to the sand. A private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock mean you can settle in on your own schedule.

You're in the heart of Cocoa Beach here, with restaurants, nightlife, cafes, and yoga studios all within walking distance. The Atlantic's surf breaks and the calmer waters of the Banana River are nearby for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing, while Canaveral National Seashore offers scenic trails and wildlife for those craving a quieter nature walk. Rocket launches are a regular sight along this stretch of coast, and Orlando's theme parks are just a short drive away if you want to mix beach days with a park day. Free parking on premises and free street parking make coming and going easy.

Pets allowed, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Guest Access:

The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.

Getting Around:

Located just 4 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, the beach, shops and restaurants are all just a quick walk or bike ride away. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- The pool is under repair
