Nice hotel

We stayed here the night before our cruise from port canaveral. Good location, friendly staff and nice clean hotel. We got there 3 hours before checkin time and were accommodated by the friendly staff.

The property needs a renovation. The carpet was dirty and had a dirty feeling. Everything was outdated. I was double charged due to a system used (Canary). I will say Danielle was a God send and actually took the time to listen and helped me resolve the issues with being double charged. Was an inconvenience because I was leaving for a cruise that day, thankful I didn’t have to rely on the money charged (196.15 and 264.15). Some of her coworkers could learn a thing or two from her. Thank you again Danielle aka Mary :-). Would not recommend hotel, not like other Holiday Inns I stayed at before.

We stayed at this property for 1 night to prior to getting on a cruise. The property was overall decent, customer service was good, however its is VERY dated and in need of a renovation. The carpet in our room was dirty and it didn't feel clean.

Loved the pool area. It was very very nice. The rooms and hotel need a major update. The room was damp feeling and damp smelling. They also didn't clean our room one of the days. The breakfast was very clean and good for the price. The pool and outdoor area in back was the best part. Employees were also very nice.

Staff was great especially the front desk and the staff running the breakfast dining area. They key card system for the room was absolutely horrible, we had to reset of room keys three times. You could not put the key card near your phone or other credit cards. It would have been nice to be able to communicate better with some of the people cleaning the rooms.
