"The apartment offered more than I needed for a short stay and felt very welcoming. It featured a fully equipped kitchen, a large soaking tub, a comfortable bed, and nice linens. The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of restaurants and local shops. I was surprised that the pool closes early (7-7:30 p.m.), and their restaurant has not reopened since the pandemic. It would have been nice to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop, which offers beautiful views of the marina. There is also no lobby gift shop or sundries available. Overall, the hotel and apartment feel very secure, and I would consider staying here again."

"As you can see on the sign a front desk person was supposed to be there during their job at 7 AM I had a customer service issue because there was no blow dryer in my room and I had to leave for an appointment and wanted to look at my best Spoke to a person at 7 AM who said they would be trying to reach out to the manager to solve my problem. At 8 o’clock, I still have not heard from someone Horrible customer service Pretty sad"

"The location was excellent. There was not enough room/seats around the swimming pool and it was Very noisy loud music. Nice large room but not enough draws/hanging space for clothes if you are staying more than a week. Breakfast was not good very little choice and slow service. I know you have to have the air conditioning on but it was very cold in the breakfast room . At the reception table most of the time there was only one or two receptionists and when checking in or out it could be a long wait."

"Great location! Tons of restaurants nearby, walkable neighborhood, and close proximity to the ocean. The building is nice, the staff is friendly, and the check-in process was very easy. My only constructive feedback is the room does need some slight refreshing to fix some of the wear and tear. But overall a great experience and I would stay here again. "
