Staff was very unfriendly. Especially whoever was running the kitchen. People above us were screaming and jumping around all night long. Sheets had stains EVERYWHERE. 10/10 will not be turning to this place.

The hotel was clean and was close to where I needed to be for my trip. The room was spacious, comfortable and laid out well. But it was VERY loud. It has an industrial aesthetic and every sound is amplified. I was awoken multiple times throughout the night due to loud sounds coming from above my room and the hallway. I believe my room was below the housekeeping headquarters or kitchen. There is also train track just off the parking lot that is frequently traveled. The hotel internet was not functional and hotel staff did not know when it would be repaired. so I was unable to work remotely as planned. It also meant that none of streaming apps on the hotel TVs worked. I was only in town for the night, otherwise I would have likely switched hotels. I would not return simply due to the noise.

Good job……mostly
Overall it was a great hotel, room, and stay. We did have difficulty with the bed side lights not working well, flickering at times. Also the dead bolt did not work but we used the other locks. The pool was nice but a bit cold (not big enough to do laps, so should be warmer esp in frozen winter.
