The hotel was great, clean and convenient, but it is the entire staff that make this hotel special. I met with management, house keeping and guest services. They can not be paid enough to be as attentive and corteous.

The staff is beyond wonderful! Every single time we stay, I'm more and more impressed by their genuine passion for customer satisfaction! Always clean and convenient walk to the Arena. Nice having the bar area where you can order late night eats after catching a show.

We were there for Ohio State vs. Minnesota football game. Very nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Very safe. Good parking. Also very safe as it is all locked up except for guests.
