My visit got off to a VERY bad start being that i was given a key to "my" room, get there key doest work. Ho BACK down to desk, was given another key, go back to room, key works HOWEVER it was someone else's room, with all their stuff in it and EVERYTHING!! Go BACK down to desk, rep wrote the incorrect room number on the key jacket and acted like it was MY fault. I will NEVER go there again!!

I was very disappointed in how dirty the room and place was. I've never had a problem with feeling like I'm staying in a dirty hotel room even more so with and Embassy Suites. It felt like it was just whipped down and the bed was made just to get people in and out. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The carpet was so dirty and stained I didn't feel comfortable walking around in it. One of the trash cans need a serious wipe down and there was still some things left over from the user before. I like said it felt like it was hardly touched. I was very disappointed. The staff was wonderful and had great attitudes with every one even though it was very busy the night we stayed. I really like Embassy Suites but I would NOT recommended this location anytime soon.

Breakfast was awesome! I did not like that the carpet in room had red stains again on second visit. I did not like people kids jumping into a crowed pool and parents joining into the caos by throwing a football across pool. I did not like the noise above my room-which sounded like elephants dancing for about 3 hours making sleep difficult for my family. I did not like that there were not any towels available for 2/4 guests. The location is nice-but feel things were a bit crazy this visit. The carpet in room should not have stains. I feel safety and customer service needs improvement.
