staff very cordial- daily breakfast was great except for Sunday- did not replace items very quickly at all- dining area was dirty. just Sunday was bad- the rest of our stay was very clean and was food was replenished quickly

The room had a weird odor, like they were trying to cover something up with chemicals. It was so overpowering. We considered asking to change rooms, but quickly realized the entire hotel smelled like chemicals no matter where you went. Our room backed up to a hallway that lit up our room at night. The toilet backed up. We asked for a cot for our toddler to sleep on and they didn’t have any. We asked for extra blankets and they didn’t have any extra—not even one. It was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. We almost left early, but stayed for the sake of seeing family while we were in town.

The staff was very accommodating. We stayed because I was having hip surgery and the hotel was just down the street from the surgery center. I called before we arrived and asked if we could get a room on the 1st floor due to the surgery and they were more than willing to make that happen for us.

Staff decided to dump chlorine in the pool during peak time for kids having a stay, left family early to goto the pool only to have poor decision making from staff ruin our kids stay Bathroom door in 117 wont shut as well, really run down for a hilton brand

Very friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, everything was clean and inviting. Comfortable and quiet room. Helpful staff sorted out an Expedia snafu with patience and understanding. Loved our stay here!

Nice property. Front desk staff was nice enough but not incredibly helpful. Did not indulge in breakfast but it looked nice. My real complaint, and it maybe unique to me, but I am 5’9” and my boyfriend is 6’1” - she shower head in the shower caused us both to have to do the limbo to get clean. It was quite an awkward height but would be great for anyone under 5’5”.

Pet fee unadvertised $75. Justified by clerk saying he paid $100 elsewhere. So what? We never paid more than $25 elsewhere. WiFi would not come on through advertised means. Would not place me in a room closer to the lobby but parking lot was near empty.
