Room smelled strongly of mildew. Bathroom had mold in shower and on floor around toilet. Pubic hairs on the shower floor and long black hair on the shower wall (we do not have dark hair and had not used the shower when this was noticed). Toilet was dirty. Pump on the lotion at the sink was grimy and dirty. Went to the front desk and informed them and the girl at the desk handed me a pack of Lysol wipes.

Convenient location

Desk clerk was very helpful. Beds comfortable. Bathroom tile grout needs a good scrub. Room was nice with the wooden closet. Breakfast offers many varieties.

The rooms had a slightly musty smell. One of the rooms that we stayed in had an AC unit that kept breaking. The day time desk personnel seemed reluctant to help. Though the night time personnel took great care of us and put us in another room.

The staff are not knowledgeable of how the TVs or other equipment. Room was extremely humid even though the air conditioner was set at 68 Our clothes were very wet

The hotel was decent but it’s older so the pictures does no justice for the place.I called ahead of time to see if they had any extra fees for like damage they told me no but when I got there it was a different story. They didn’t have any vegan/veg options for breakfast which is crazy because I pay for amenities and stuff like that. Oh and they had the maintenance man handle breakfast this morning which I was confused about because why maintenance handli anything with food. It was an older hotel they carpet look vaccum but not carpet cleaned at all, the elevators look like they haven’t been wiped down in a while. They don’t have shower liners so the floor get wet with a large puddle on the floor. The check in was smooth last night with the guy that was there and he was friendly but the girl that was there in the morning only had her head in her phone. They are close to a few restaurants so that help coming in hungry and going to get other options for breakfast this morning. The hallways and rooms smell like meldew but you can tell they covered it up with freshener or at least tried. It’s is spacious and they pool was open the hrs 9:30am-9pm, parking wasn’t checked at all. Hope that helps!!!

A good place to stay, not swim.

Overall, really nice hotel with great staff and good continental breakfast food options. However, I mainly booked this specific hotel for the indoor pool so the kiddo could swim. The water was too cold for anyone to enjoy, so after the extended period of time it took for all of us to attempt to get acclimated to the temperature, we gave up. The temperature was 78 degrees, which is great for competitive swimming. But for recreational use, it’s a bit cold. I fully recommend the hotel if you simply need a place to stay, but if you have kids or love to relax in a pool, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
