Everything was good except the food served at the in-house restaurant. The waiting time was 10 minutes before our server came to greet us, 25 minutes for our to-go food order (which was fast food quality and did not taste good at all) that costs $100. Our server was very pleasant and did the best she could as it seems she was working the tables solo.

Very close to the Polaris mall which is nice mall if you like shopping. Room and beds were comfortable and staff were friendly.

The linens smelled like they had not been cleaned, or were so old they could no longer get fresh. I thought maybe it was just me, but my travel companions reported having had the same issue at this hotel in the recent past. The hotel was hosting at least one large event or wedding, so I can’t recommend this place to people who want a quiet, clean experience.

Bed was clean, always appreciated. Bathroom was small and awkward. Only one elevator was working for such a large hotel. Vehicle was safe in parking lot over night after recent 40 car break in on property. Location was excellent near all shopping.
