So so experience.

When we showed up the comforters on the bed were different ..not a huge deal but odd. The shampoo, condition, lotion and body wash were all empty and for some reason the rack was missing in the fridge. The website for the lobby restaurant made it looks like Italian fine dining which is far from the case. As basic of a restaurant as I have ever been in.

The hotel was short staffed, calling on the front desk to handle multiple things and be away from the desk area. They also had to handle needs for the attached Homewood Suites. There was also a series of vehicle break-ins overnight. This is something the hotel seems to be aware of and has been an ongoing issue, however, security was not present as a preventative measure to deter damage and theft.

My room was not cleaned on my second day. I got back to my room Friday night around10pm and it was not done. I saw the cleaning lady and it was too late to have her come in.

Is new and still in very good shape. Room prep want the best as I had no cups for water or coffee and there was an old pair of shorts under the mattress. One of the pillows still smelled a little like weed

Almost all choices on the hotel restaurant menu were crossed out, severely limiting the usefulness of this amenity.. Once of the the rooms booked had a klunky noise in the ventilation unity whenever it came on.

Our worst stay ever!

We got there at 9:00p.m. The room was not ready until 1:00 am. When we left there were no carts available to load. They told us to go to our room and wait. We did for an hour and still no cart so we made three trips carrying our stuff to the car. We had planned to leave at 8 but did not get out until 10. Terrible service. Great place otherwise.

Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had!

I arrived at 2:30, check in was supposed to be 3pm. There was a line of guests and the receptionist said to all of us, “there are no clean rooms. No one can check in for 45 mins.” Fine, we were a little early anyways and it was only supposed to be 15 mins past check in time. So we go eat, come back… 4:30pm and we were still unable to check in. This time there was no one at the front desk and a lobby full of guests, someone went to the attached restaurant looking for someone who works there to help, the chef came out and told us all “I can’t find anyone, but no one can check in.” We were there for a game that started at 6pm and we were unable to even put our luggage in our rooms. We went to the game, came back after and still were unable to check in. We finally got into a room at 3am after having to stay out all night just to give them enough time to have a room ready and even then they put us in a room that was not what we booked. The walls are paper thin. We could not sleep all night because we could hear literally everything from the other rooms and in the hallways. Then the room alarm clock start going off at 5am, we did not set it. We noticed all the rooms around us also had alarms going off, it was so ridiculous. I will NEVER stay there again. It was also dirty, towels, walls, floors. Awful experience.
