Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location and able to walk to restaurants. We were out late but was comfortable and felt safe.

When we entered our room for the first time, the bed was unmade and on further investigation we saw that someone's suitcase was in the room. Clearly, it was still occupied. We were then assigned another room. The room was nice, on the 12th floor, but there were ants in the bathroom. : (

Booked executive rooms with room service upon arrival to the rooms there were no room service menu and no extension for room service and the room looked like a standard room but was only staying the night so I didn’t even complain as I was exhausted

Restaurant is only open for breakfast. Limited places to dine within walking distance. Staff was not masked. Wearing it on your chin doesn’t count folks. Mold on shower curtain, hair dryer falling off wall, iron was still full of water in the closet. Very limited closet space to hang clothes.
