The pool was super dirty, like someone had washed their laundry in it. And it was very small. The hot tub was not working, and it had a semi-permanent sign on it saying it was out of order. And on top of it they had the gall to charge an additional $10 for parking, which should have been free for hotel guests. Not recommended.

This hotel went above and beyond making our stay in Columbus, OH for a Bruno Mars concert memorable!! Front desk staff were incredibly kind and checked in consistently during our stay to make sure things were to our satisfaction. I’m so glad we stayed here. Did not like the fact I had to pay $15.00 to park my car at a hotel where I'm already paying over a $100.00 a night to stay. I think the staff tries very hard to make this a very good experience. It was extremely crowded due to the golf tournament and the track meet and they worked really hard to make it all work. I would definitely recommend going back.
