This apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful Polaris area in a modern gated community.

Polaris is one of the most desirable areas of Columbus/Westerville because of its countless dining and shopping options, peaceful residential neighborhoods, and proximity to freeways for easy access to the entire city.

Nestled along a beautiful nature preserve, this community features trees and green space everywhere you look. Yet, it's also surprisingly walkable. You'll love being just across a quiet street from several great restaurants, a small organic grocery store, a juice/smoothie shop, and more.

Looking for even more options? Just 5 minutes' drive away, you're practically next door to Polaris Fashion Place, and even closer to IKEA, Top Golf (walkable in nice weather!), and 50+ more restaurants. If you would like recommendations, just ask - we are foodies and would be happy to share.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay. As our guest, you'll also be able to enjoy the community clubhouse with its fitness center, saltwater pool, coffee station, etc.

Once you've booked, we will send your check-in details. You'll receive a code for the community gate, as well as your keypad code for our apartment door. We change this code for every guest.

On your day of arrival, simply enter your code on the keypad at the front door and it will unlock. You'll find physical keys on the kitchen counter that you can use during your stay as well.

When you arrive at the apartment, you can park in the open lot right in front of our building. There always seem to be plenty of spaces, so parking will be easy.

Walk up to our building and up the steps to the 3rd floor and you'll see the front door of our apartment.

Once inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-concept floor plan. The vaulted ceilings make it feel big and open - a rare feature for a 1BR apartment.

The main living area features a small breakfast table with two chairs, as well as a nice work area with desk and office chair (includes a second monitor for dual screens!).

You'll also enjoy having a full kitchen with plenty of countertop space (granite), stainless steel appliances, and lots of cabinets; fully stocked with all the kitchenware and small appliances you need to cook a gourmet meal.

We did our best to think of everything (multiple types of coffee makers, crock pot, etc.). But just let us know if we're missing anything that would make your stay more comfortable and we will provide it if we can.

In the living room, you'll find comfortable furniture and a 50" 4K UHD Smart Roku TV with DirecTV included. You're welcome to log into your own streaming services as well if desired (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.).

Off the living room is a door to the large private balcony with two chairs and a small table. You'll love sitting out there on a nice morning or evening with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. It's the perfect spot to relax and makes the apartment feel even larger.

The bedroom features a king bed with new luxury mattress and quality linens. We stay at boutique/luxury hotels all the time (travel is our thing), and we're constantly pulling back the sheets to see what kind of mattress/linens are on the beds.

We love using what we learn to impress our own guests, and this bed is no exception. The mattress is a Luxury Firm from Winkbeds (we call it the "goldilocks mattress" - not to soft, not too firm...juuuuust right). Our linens and down comforter are from Frette; the brand often used by Ritz Carlton, Aman, and other 5-star hotels around the world. The linens are a high-quality 100% long-staple cotton which makes them super soft and cool. The comforter is a baffle box design and high % goose down, which makes it fluffy and breathable (vs. lumpy and pokey like the cheap ones with lots of feathers). In other words, bring an alarm clock - you'll need it. ;)

Inside the bedroom, you'll also find a large walk-in closet with lots of hangers and shelving - perfect for keeping many outfits and shoes organized during a long stay, or even storing a few additional boxes if needed.

The bathroom is sparkling clean and features plenty of space to move around, with a sink + vanity cabinet and a shower/tub combo. If you enjoy baths, you'll love this tub - take a look at the photos! We provide a gift set of Asprey Purple Water toiletries as a welcome gift for every guest.

The laundry room is off the kitchen and features a full-size washer and dryer. We even provide a starter supply of laundry detergent for your convenience.

Getting around is super easy in the Polaris area. Driving and parking are a breeze, and you'll enjoy close proximity to the freeway. Uber and Lyft are also available within minutes at pretty much any time of day or night. You can walk to multiple restaurants and attractions as well.

This home is located in a 100% smoke-free community, so please note that no smoking (of any kind) is allowed anywhere…including our balcony, breezeways, parking lots, etc.

Please note that this apartment is located on the 3rd/top floor. If peace and quiet are important to you, you'll love this feature (since there are no apartments above). But there's no elevator, so please only book this home if you are physically able to climb a few steps.

Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie. Our software runs a quick background check, then sends you your check-in details. It's easy and only takes ~2 minutes. Any questions, just let us know!

FAQ:

Q: What if I don't know how long I'll need to stay? Do I have to commit to the whole stay upfront in order to make sure nobody else books nights I might need?

A: No worries! Unlike most furnished rentals, we specialize in flexible stays. Just book your first 30 nights for starters, then send us a message. We'll block our calendar as far out as you want so that you can just extend as you go if needed. All we ask is that you give us 2 weeks' notice when you're ready to move out.

Q: What if my plans change after booking and I end up needing to shorten my stay/change my dates?

A: No problem. Just let us know what you need! Once you move in, 30 nights is the minimum stay. Otherwise, you can shorten your stay any time with just 2 weeks' notice. We'll even provide a partial refund for any unused nights you may have already paid for beyond the 2-week mark.

Q: I found another furnished rental that is cheaper. Why should I spend more to book with you?

A: As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. We go above and beyond to impress our guests - from our obsessive cleaning practices to the quality of our bedding to the speed of our responses when you have a question. We strive keep our rates reasonable, but ultimately, it costs money to provide quality. We believe that comfort and peace of mind are important enough to splurge on a little bit, and we hope you'll agree. :)

Q: Do the photos on this listing just show a model/example apartment, or do they show the exact apartment that where I'll be staying?

A: All of our photos show the exact apartment you'll be renting, exactly the way it will look when you arrive...even down to little details like the placement of the complimentary Fiji waters on the beds. We hire professional photographers to take quality photos and regularly update them so you can feel confident in what you're booking.
