I heard nothing from the host the day of, but was charged and received check in instructions. I booked six months in advance. When I arrived at the property and my code worked to open the door, there were at least eight guys staying at the place and it was messy. There may have been illegal activity. They indicated their “boss” had booked the place for the week and could not give me any information. When I called the host, he didn’t answer my call. He later said he deactivated his VRBO account and forgot about my booking. He had no feasible alternative for where we could stay. He stated that his other property had a water break and that was why he had to move this group. He said we could stay there (at the property without water) even though we’d booked ages in advance of this group and should’ve had priority for the stay. He was not apologetic.

We were in town for the Quarter Horse Congress and this property is a short 8-10 minute drive. The home was clean and comfortable. Parking next to and in front of the house for 2-3 vehicles. It is an older home but all rooms were completely remodeled. New kitchen and bath. We would stay here again!

This home was the perfect stay for my weekend getaway. My family and I loved our stay as it was exactly how it was described, cleanliness was good, checkout was nice and simple, and was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would indeed book again!

Nothing but the truth!!!

I had a nice weekend in Columbus, Ohio with my mother and wife.Everything was within a 15min drive of the house , the house was nice and clean but someone was a little lazy cleaning under the beds. The community might have been in the Hood or rough area !

Great stay on the east side

Very clean, property manager did a very thorough job of explaining check in and check out times. We all enjoyed our time away from home and felt very comfortable. The updates were amazing!
