Room cold and could not turn off air conditioner. Couldn’t sleep well due to air conditioner was noisy, tried to tell the rude front desk staff the next morning but I was cut off and no apology was given or anything to try to help. Will NEVER stay there

Room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were fine, loved having the coffee, tea throughout the day. Love the set up for breakfast. However, Need to have a safe in the rooms. The shower floors are really slippery. We had to go buy a shower mat. The pillows were not comfortable. I really do not like the $50 per night hold on my credit card. You shouldn't be allowed to do so. Will we stay again, maybe.

The facilities and amenities were great, however the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Also, I was under a room with kids that were loud and kept me awake so much I only got 4 hours of sleep. But the staff was nice and the breakfast was much appreciated.
