Situated in old Como, this hotel combined the charmbof old Italy with modern amenities to create a perfect stay. The hotel staff were always helpful and friendly. The food was also superb. If you want the true Italian experience, stay here.

Great location on the lake and right across from the ferry. Center of everything else in Como. The place is beautiful. Our room was upgraded and very very nice . It was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. Highly recommended.

To start with, the bed wasn’t comfortable or clean at all. The washer and dryer were not working and were not even inside the suite as mentioned on the website. The place was also extremely cold, and the thermostat was not working properly since it stayed at the same temperature the entire time.

The location was reasonable. The owner was helpful during the check in. The room was OK I wish I knew that shampoo and body wash are not provided beforehand.

"The room was clean and very comfortable.
The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. I booked four nights and when I arrived they had upgraded my room to one with a Lake Como view! I didn’t realize breakfast was included and enjoyed their large elegant Buffett each morning. When I left very early on my last day they had taken it upon themselves to pack a breakfast and provided hot coffee to go."
