Beautifully renovated retreat on the lake shore


Your family is sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/ 4 bath house. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, two bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, and a TV room (counted as the 4th bedroom) has five beds, (four bunk beds plus a trundle). This home is comfortable for sleeping 15 people (including four roll-away beds) The open layout living room is furnished with two sofas, and an over-sized chair. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, ice maker, coffee maker, blender, and all new appliances. Situated on the lakefront, the morning sunrise reflects off the lake and lights up the house. The afternoon brings shade to that side of the house, where you can enjoy the deck and watch the boats go by.

The pictures don't do it justice -when you go in the front door, it's just a "gorgeous" view. The house has a very nice layout - plenty of space for family time and also for when everyone just wants some quiet reading time! Excellent and fully-stocked kitchen, too. nice, quiet neighborhood! Had a great time - felt like a perfect holiday house!

This waterfront house is very nice and in a Great Lake location. Close to attractions and entertainment yet feels quite peaceful and isolated when on the property. The view from the back of the property and the deck is picture perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We came out to Texas for a family reunion, with my sister living right down the road, this location was perfect. Excellent Property

This house was everything we hoped it would be and more. The finishes of the house are high quality, the kitchen is fully stocked with much more than we needed for 11 people, and the lake access is great! We would definitely stay here again.

The fishing was amazing, right off the pier It was great but the ice machine and water did not work in the fridge and the other ice machine did not produce ice also the dishwasher stopped working and we had to wash dishes by hand

The house was in an excellent location with a great layout for our family of 12. We were also able to rent a boat and captain for everyone to go surfing and the captain just rolled up to the dock- we’d highly recommend Clay from Break Boat Rentals.

Best Place Ever!

We had a wedding at Old Dobbin and because of this many family members rented out homes in this area . By far, this home surpassed all 4 of the homes we seen in Walden Lake . It's clean and offered many amenities. Beautiful, Relaxing, it made our experience top notch! Thank you to the Youngs for all the hospitality. Let me also say , this home is State-of-the-art with lighting ,electronics , and all new appliances. Loved it & we will return again.

Great house an location

Overall great time and great house. If bringing a boat this is not ideal location to dock a boat. It is way to rough. The cleats on dock are super sharp and will cut rope.

Family/Friend get together!

We wanted to do a last celebration with some family and friends before my son headed to Texas A&M, and I am glad I found this house! The house was amazing with a awesome view and sunrise! Very nice neighborhood and the boat ramp was so close and easy boat ride to the house! Thank you Young family for arranging the sticker to allow us to keep the truck and trailer at the ramp for the weekend! If you are looking for a nice house on the lake, this house will not disappoint!

Beautiful Lake House/ Perfect Hang out & Relax spot
