The hotel is fine, except I always seem to get the same room and without fail, I have trouble getting the door open. That is extremely frustrating!

Well the first night was no cable service and didn’t receive service until the next afternoon. The handicap shower was somewhat dangerous to function. The seat was way to far back and had to be very careful when taking a shower. The reach was really far away

As a handicapped. The shwr bench was way to far from faucet. And a handrail prevented me from sitting back to wash. If I was agile and able to reach as an elderly person wouldn’t they couldn’t shower. Everything else was great. I think someone needs to evaluate the ADA for the tub set ups. Have a regular person sit in the tub and see if they could use it without the support of their legs. Other than that all was great.

Dear Guest, Thanks for staying with us. Though your overall stay was great, I’m sorry that we couldn't completely meet your expectations in some ways, specifically the bathtub & shower problem. Hope you had a request for the ADA compliant room while booking, as our disabled access rooms, when requested completely comply with ADA requirements. I'm sorry that your request was not communicated clearly, and I sincerely apologize that you had to face some inconvenience. I got bit very badly in the bed all over my body.

Bad. I got bit all over in my sleep. Over 20 bites.

TRF

Stayed here for Texas Renaissance Festival. Check-in was simple and painless. Got too our room. Very nice for price paid. Didn't have enough coffee in room for wife. Got more from front desk. Had mini fridge but it kept freezing everything until I figured out where temperature control was. One semi busted lite switch in bathroom but it worked fine. Bed was confortable but the pillows weren't very big. Breakfast was really good. Checkout also was quick and painless. Will definitely choose to stay here again if I am in the area.
