Overall my kids had fun which was the main thing. There’s 3 pools, an arcade area, splash pad, and you can rent boats/jet skis etc. Cautious that the price you pay for your room won’t be the price you pay when you walk out- there’s an additional resort fee and two different types of taxes which results in over $100 extra per day in your stay. There’s 2 restaurants on the property which is convenient but they’re expensive and not great for the price you pay. The grounds/facilities look worn down where the pools/splash pad are. Also the waterpark isn’t really a waterpark, more like a splash pad with a small slide. They don’t service your room daily and if you want them to you have to ask. Overall, my kids had fun, but for the price we paid at checkout, I would stay somewhere else next time.

I think they could have put microwaves in the suites for the price you pay & the lightening in the bath could be better. Also the floors were filthy, took my shower & walked around with bare feet & when I went to put my shoes on I had to literally wash my feet again with soap & water. It was gross!! I wish I would have taken a picture of my feet.

Resort was nice. Our kids had a lot of fun in the pools. There were several restaurants on site so we didn't have to drive anywhere all weekend. I recommend you rent a boat. That's was our favorite part.

Zero customer care! I was charged multiple times with different amounts for the same service. Dogs barking non stop - means my kids couldn't sleep. I will not return and will never recommend this place. I will make sure everyone knows that this place is not worth the money at all!!

For the price of room, there should have been a microwave in the room . The property was great, lots of activities, definitely caters to children, very family oriented. The room was a king sized bed for two extremely comfortable nice clean bathroom very spacious staff was exceptional friendly and nice and kind. The living area was spacious both rooms had a big wall tv if you drink coffee one cup keurig coffee pot in the room with some keurig and you can ask the front desk for more Overall my stay a two day get away with my daughter and we had a great relaxing time

Very family friendly vaca!

Very beachy, family friendly room. Bed was comfortable but I wish we had more than a pull out couch for the kids. The food was pricey but there is a mini fridge and coffee bar so we brought food to eat in the room and saved quite a bit. My son dropped his glasses over the balcony to a roof below and the staff retrieved the glasses before we left and were super nice about it. Excellent customer service!!enjoyed the waterpark was small enough for my 10&11 year old to run around and we relaxed at the pool. Plenty of covered chairs to sit in. Lots to do and never left the resort!!

I had a very good time at the pool, next door convention and the area was very beautiful. However, they add a charge for everything. Parking is very far. Very low water preasure, lights were constantly flickering and bed was broken and would lean to the side everytime we would get on. I would come again if it became slightly cheaper.
