The main kitchen has a gathering room with sofa and chairs and ten foot island so everyone is very comfortable together while dining and visiting with family and friends. The house is kid friendly with slipcovers that are washable on the sofas and chairs.
Each bedroom has beautiful lake views and its own private bathroom, except for the bunk bedroom. The bathroom for the bunkbed room is right next door. All bathrooms have high-grade light colored travertine and plenty of towels. The bunk beds are custom built by a professional carpenter, having full size beds both upper and lower and are sturdy enough to accommodate adults or children. There are four cots with sheets in the closet for the option to "spread out."
High speed internet and Smart TVs with DirecTV are there to keep you connected and entertained..
There are two entertaining areas. The main entertaining area has plenty of seating with beautiful views and an enormous beautiful kitchen nearby, fully stocked with the appliances and dinnerware you will need for your family and friends. The second entertaining area also has plenty of seating with beautiful views and has a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink and pantry.
The master bedroom has a gorgeous king bed with luxury brand linens (as does all of the bedrooms), a wood burning fireplace, Juliet balcony, antique heart of pine flooring and a beautiful view of Lake Conroe's sunset. The master bath has a large hammered copper soaking tub, lined with hammered nickel which will keep your warm bath the preferred temperature much longer.
A game room equipped with ping pong, air hockey, flatscreen TV, surround sound, basketball game, karaoke and dress up is included with this property which will thrill adults as well as teens and children.
Outdoors, you will find a large sundeck with a large sectional and beautiful views of the lake. Ground level has a custom built 9 foot zinc top table and sideboard. Built-in seating the width of the bulkhead for lakeside fishing or spending hours relaxing with that glass of wine and good conversation. A large fire pit outside is great for gathering and roasting marshmallows. The house has three wood burning fireplaces and plenty of firewood for those cold nights during fall and winter stays.
There are 2 boat slips available to you, so bring your boat, or rent a boat from the neighborhood marina or others just a few minutes from the house.
Many restaurants and pubs, coffee shops, ice cream parlors and shopping can be visited with boat docks across the backs. There are also plenty of shopping, antiquing, fine and casual dining nearby. Splashtown Waterpark is just 30 minutes away and The Woodlands Marketstreet and Mall are just 20 minutes away.
